13randeezy: do you see this picture? well that’s my baby sister. her name’s Talesha. it took exactly one year to loose someone very special to me. it all started may 17, 2006. the day my mom gave birth to a very beautiful baby girl. everything went well for the first couple months. then it all started after her first birthday. i remember the i held her the last time before i left to school. i was notified from my sister that my baby sister was in the hospital. i thought she would be fine. i was still a kid, what did i know? that night my parents didn’t come home & i started to get worried. my aunt told me that my baby sister was very sick & was sent to the boston children hospital. i really didn’t want to go to school the next day. when i went to school, i cried all day & couldn’t concentrate on school. my aunt came to dismiss me from school & she told me we were going to visit my baby sister. as soon as we got there i see my parents & family in a room. they all were crying & i started to be teary. my parents told me that the reason why she’s here is because she has a brain tumor. she was under life support :( i remember touching her small feet the very last time.. the next day they took her off life support. some nights i would hear my mom crying in her room & my dad telling her that my baby sister is gone & in a better place now. it was tragedy for us. who said it was easy to let go someone you only knew for a year.
